The calculation for the random Nexus 7 is ((3*2)+(5*5)+(34*8)+(40*11)+(49*13) mod 91) + 3 = 18

In order to be transparent with the choice, the following algorithm will be used:

• 5 numbers will be taken from the Euro Millions Lottery 3rd of May draw
• You can see the numbers here
• Those 5 numbers will be sorted
• Then multiplied with the following factors: 2 for the smallest number, 5, 8, 11 and 13 for the biggest number, and then a total sum calculated
• Note: The factors: 2, 5, 8, 11, 13 are chosen so that there is a smallest deviation among all possibilities, i.e. all positions have the same (or very close) possibility for being a winner
• The total sum will be cut modulo 91 and then added 3 (to get a range of 3-93, these are the competitors eligible for the prize)

  Lottery numbers the previous draw were 13, 36, 40, 43, 50
  13 * 2 + 36 * 5 + 40 * 8 + 43 * 11 + 50 * 13 = 1649
  1649 % 91 + 3 = 14  This means the person with number 14 (this is still an example) would receive the random Nexus 7
